When you write, it helps to include
Your iPhone model, iOS version, what you were doing when the issue occurred and, if possible, a screenshot. That is usually enough to solve it quickly.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Foco has no registration or passwords. Open it and start using it. Your data is stored on your iPhone and, if iCloud is enabled, automatically copied to your private iCloud.
Does it sync with my iPad or another iPhone?
Yes, as long as both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account. Sync happens through your private iCloud, not through our servers.
If the app’s Settings show “iCloud is unavailable”, check that you are signed in under iOS Settings and reopen Foco.
What is included in the free plan?
Three boards, unlimited tasks, notes and links inside tasks, focus mode with 25-minute blocks and 5-minute breaks, and iCloud backup. It is genuinely useful, not a demo.
What about Foco Pro?
It adds unlimited boards, custom focus and break times, and file and image attachments. It costs €3.99 per month or €24.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Foco › Cancel Subscription. Apple manages the subscription, so you do not need to contact us.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged and access will remain active until the trial ends.
I paid, but the app does not recognize Pro
Open Settings inside Foco, choose Get Pro and tap Restore. This asks Apple to check your purchases again. Make sure you are using the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
Why am I not alerted when a block ends?
Notification permission is required. Open Foco’s Settings and tap Enable alerts. If you previously denied permission, use Open iOS Settings to enable it again.
Can I share a board with someone else?
Not yet. It is one of the most requested features and it is on our list, but it requires deeper changes, so it will come in a later version. If you need it, write to us—knowing how many people want it helps us prioritize.
Is there an Android or web version?
For now, Foco is available for iPhone only. Other platforms may come later.
I want to delete all my data
Delete your boards inside the app or uninstall it. To also delete the iCloud copy, open iOS Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Foco.
